Asian, Jason Mraz, 3yrs old, humbled.

I love finding reasons to give fellow Asians props. I would just like to give mad props to the Asian parents of this little monster. Well I'm not totally sure his parents are Asian but lets just give it up to them for showing this little yard ape where its at.

He's shreddin' up Jason Mraz here. Many have probably seen this it currently has over 7million hits, but if you haven't whoa. Ladies watch your panties when this kid gets older he's gonna steal em.

Get er done little big man is all I can say. Wow. Enjoy turn this up, I don't even think he knows English.

Thoughts become things.

aaaaaaAAAAAAHHHHHHH(yaaawwwwwwnnnnnnn...) That feels goood, I like a good yawn.

Thoughts become things, so be careful what you think about. I started a vision book recently, where I cut things out and throw them in this book, those things tend to manifest and become reality. I would suggest it to anyone that has goals. If you don't have goals no doubt you will reach them. If you have goals and write them them down your always 90x more likely to reach them, right? Isn't that the Harvard study we've all heard about? Somethinge like that, either way something to that nature.

I've been currently cutting pictures out of the Philippines, and children being helped, loved and cared for. I can't wait to be there in the Philippines for the first time helping some of these children who are not with families yet, who may never be with a family that we all know.

So to start a little VISION BOOK checklist if your interested simple, grab the following.

1)Moleskin book with empty pages. (6$)
2)Bunch of magazine of your favorite things yet to be (10-50$ Library throws out Mags all the time)
3)Inspirational music (Free see additional link ;-) )
4)Uninterrupted time to your self (priceless)

Also something to think about this is a totally great gift idea, very inexpensive, and what better gift can you give someone than the ability to shape and design their desitny. Like Tiger said "Huge".

This gift will change someone's life, it did mine. The thoughts and images you put in here will come true, so be careful what you put in your book of dreams and visions.

Now here's some music from me to you. Aptly written for all the ladies that come in and out of my life.

Dedication to babies in bars, and biters.

Someone sent me this picture, of me holding a baby in a bar, needless to say I'm fricken thirlled! As you can obviously tell. Who brings their baby to bar anyway, really? In a related issue I stumbled upon the following video and all I can really say is ouch. My stomach hurts. This video just goes to show a couple things 1) that it's soo much better when kids have English accents. 2) Don't put your finger in a teething babies mouth. Charlie the Chomper made me cry while laughing while viewing this video. Oh MY God!

Enjoy the clip, cause this killed me. As you can see I totally love babies, even if they are in bars. I'm destine to be an amazing papa.

So sometimes when it's cold as balls out, I like to write music. Sometimes its good sometimes is not soo, good.
This particular song was better than average have a long way to go, but I was happy that I recorded the whole thing and edited it down in 15 minutes that's a new record for me. The microphone is the size of a pin hole and the camera no bigger than eraser on the end of a pencil. Truly amazing the technology, and luck of making up what I hope is a catchy song to someone. Either way here Kyndy hope you had a better night.

I had a sweet sweet girl come over this weekend @ like 2am, after having a horrible night. Some D-bag of a guy, had been shitting all over her night. She was in tears so I did what I love to do and wrote her a song about how she was feeling, despite how horribly he was being.

This is what came about, it's not great but I did enjoy the sound quality. I used a microphone in the computer the size of a pin head, so anyone that wants to record in the easiest way possible this is a really good example of the quality you can get. This whole song and edit took 10 minutes.

Good lord Good lord what a month October was. For those of you who have not had a chance to check out the mayhem from Halloween I've also put together a little video from my side of what happened or what I think happened. Just a side note to the video I got my camera back the next morning from the front desk and kudos to the Hyatt staff holding it, cause the following videos were found on the camera, I don't recall taking any of these pictures/videos as you can see I'm in most of them. So here is a little snippit of that evening from the Sammy T perspective. Enjoy

NINja

Wow the days have led into weeks, and weeks have turned themselves into months, and I find myself in training.

Training to be a Ninja. A Ninja in the ways of the world. It's a lot of hard work to be a Ninja, as some that have gone before me can attest but so worth it.

Speaking of Ninjas check out this sweet video I found from Red Rocks Colorado's premier concert venue that I got to actually play at this last year. God life is splendid. Anyway my friends peep this cat in the blue shorts and watch how infectious his energy is and what he does I was crying shooting this video, and I still hurt watching it today.

I am also playing at Wicked Garden tonight first time back in weeks so thank "Gavin the Ice Man" for not making down tonight so I could throw down.

It's cold damn cold, but I just learned something amazing about success, that make me feel hot, damn hot. I would suggest reading the book Strengths finder 2.0. and learn to focus on your strengths and heed much less attention to your weaknesses. Better yet, in learning to focus on your strengths, check the simplicity of focusing on your friends, family members, loved ones, their strengths explicitly, and often. It's a total game changer, I've started and things are changing so quickly its eerie.
So I'll just post another video tomorrow you can listen.
Any suggestions on music you guys would like to hear me attempt for you please forward any requests I'll do my best to do it Sammy justice and I'll be your little monkey with the symbols for a bit. I love to entertain so bring it. Love to you all stay warm good God, and find some awesome nookie cuddle up and sit back it's coming down.

Pacific Transplant Project Underway

Hello all-

I'm writing to fill you in on a great update in the world of Sammy. To bring you up to snuff on where we're heading together let me recap the quick highlights of the past year.
2009 hailed for us and is not over just yet but yielded many fruitful events, and acclimation of some great new friends who are now part of the extended family. To sum up;

1.
I PLAYED AT RED ROCKS! for Monolith 2009 oh yes I got to say the most infamous words ever "RED ROCKS how you DOING!" -note that I will refine my goals for next year, to include Playing a long headline set on the main stage.
2. MOVED out of the house music industry a bit and started cultivating a new acoustic sound that is so connected to my soul words don't describe.
3.
Moved out of old house with bad mojo to new house with amazing new crew, well one at first we have a couple coolies kicking it with us temporarily. (May seem arbitrary, but has changed my world completely allowing me to really go after my dreams, strongly suggested to anyone that wants to flourish.)
4. I learned how to be a loan officer.
5. I got a new guitar/computer/amp/Bessie/Macbook Pro ready to go.
6. I REALIZED I don't want to be a loan officer.
7. Started to do what I love teaching others how to play music, via guitar, and vocals.
8. ....finally OPENED UP THE PACIFIC TRANSPLANT PROJECT (PtP)......

I've been fortunate to the likes I don't understand at times, and I can only say that it is now time to take action on the strings that have been tugging at the soul. I've spent hundreds of hours mulling over what way to go about this, and it's clear after a few fruitless phone calls to the Philippines, it's going to be a jump in and get your hands on. With some very cautious direction, and planning my team and I are gearing up the PtP. I can't wait to share it with you.

I am going to be putting my heart and soul into helping reach many of the children that are currently homeless in the Philippines, and or living in orphanages throughout the country.
Currently much of Manila, the Capital is under water right now, due to Typhoons.
The City of Manila (Tagalog: Lungsod ng Maynila), or simply Manila or Maynila, is the capital of the Philippines and one of the 17 cities and municipalities that make up Metro Manila. The last typhoon to rock the country Lupit, has left over 629,000 FAMILIES homeless, affecting over 1,000,000 people in Manila alone.
I am currently working hard to raise funds to get back to the Philippines, and aimed my initial visit at Manila in the first part of December, and was looking forward to seeing some of the orphanages that we would be helping. This first trip will serve 2 purposes. First and of paramount importance to me is to find out some background on myself, where I'm from, who my biological parents may have been. I believe those are always great answers to find on oneself in any circumstance. The second is to start the process of setting up the infrastructure in bringing aide to the children of this country laden in disaster. I am currently doing my due diligence on who to contact about child services in Manila and am receiving a lot of great direction. If you have anything that you think would help in expediting this process please contact me with anything you know will help, I can be reached anytime at the following. sammyt303@aol.com or FB me at link listed here. I welcome all thoughts prayers and coming soon we'll set up the donation windows but as stated before we will need to set up the infrastructure first. This is going to be amazing I can't wait to open your minds a little bit more to what makes me and more importantly the people and culture that is the Philippines. Love you guys new music coming.
